Develop computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery, Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements. Manage network and system performance of a multi-user computing environment consisting of VMware infrastructure, Unix, Linux, and Windows operating systems. Responsibilities include design and evolution of new and existing computing infrastructures, providing technical assistance and consulting to users, and developing tools for managing the system. Troubleshoots high profile network performance issues utilizing root-cause analysis and recommends appropriate action. May recommend and implement system enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system. Responsible for patch management and reviewing system logs for performance and/or security issues. Reports to The administartion
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualification/Requirements:
Masters Degree in CS or EE + 2 Years of Work Experience.
Proficient in Cisco Call Manager and Cisco unity
Proficient in Programming C++, Java and Scripts
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Services, Microsoft Exchange Server& SQL databases Administration
Experience supporting highly available Windows Server 2003/2008 and SQL 2000/2005 Clustered environments.
In depth experience troubleshooting and administration of Active Directory, Exchange, IIS, SQL,VPN,SSHVPN
Well versed in Enterprise level backup technologies and strategies,
Experience working with Cisco & Dell Switches, DNS, DHCP, WINS, TCP/IP and SMTP
Dell Servers, NetApp, Storage Arrays, iSCSI
Maintains the IT back-up systems in their entirety from procedural review to testing and disaster recovery and administers daily backups with a scheduled rotation of tapes both on and off-site
Provides on call support after hours and on weekends when scheduled
Hands on Experience in IP cameras and integrating POS systems
Create detailed documentation, diagrams and procedures required to maintain and support the network infrastructure.
